The purpose of the Supply Chain Graduation Program is to:
place Logistics & Supply Chain Management Under-Graduates and Post-Graduates at Host Organisations within a structured, intense, professional mentoring and training program over 2 years- provide consistent, frequent professional mentoring and training to fast-track and advance the skill development of Graduates to expedite meeting the needs of the Host Organisation
- match Graduates with Organisations where both parties will benefit from the Graduate building a successful long term employment relationship with the Organisation
- address the skills shortage in logistics and supply chain management across industry
- assist the Host Organisation with succession planning within this function.

What are the steps for a Host Organisation to sign-up and commence?

- Comprehensive needs analysis interview conducted to determine the Host Organisation's Graduate Program requirements
- Confirmed Graduate Program proposal submitted
- Host Organisation accepts proposal
- Host Organisation Sign-up; Graduate Program Agreement signed
- Graduate Program Structure (including Professional Mentoring Plan and Graduate Program Schedule) developed and approved
- Training Assessment Tools developed, tailored to Graduate Program Structure (covering functional areas and projects)
- Graduate/s recruited, selected, appointed and placed
- Graduate Sign-Up
- Graduate Program Schedule implementation commences
- Graduate/s inducted to site and inducted to Graduate Program Structure
- On-site Professional Mentoring for Period 1 conducted
- Training Needs Assessment administered with Graduate/s
- Training Plan & Schedule for Graduate/s developed and approved for implementation
- Professional Mentoring, Pastoral Care and Training continue as per Schedule including reporting requirements.
